Began with Henkel generating hot-melt adhesive leads for outside sales force.
Moved to Pronto (dry wall) Joint Tape team Feb. 2008. Duties included inside customer support and sales, follow-up with trade show booth visitors and outside sales for the Greater Cincinnati area.
Maintained all office equipment (printers, fax, scanner, copier).
Acted as first point of contact for all IT related support issues in their Mason, OH office.
Managed Cincinnati site's migration to HenkelNet. This included scheduling and assisting with the installation of new rack mounted network switches, server, a backup tape drive and twin ceiling mounted wireless access points. Once the migration was complete I was instrumental in assisting all 19 employees, one on one, with connectivity and / or data loss and recovery issues.
Finished with On Demand Sales team maintaining and growing western U.S. territory.
Accomplishments:
Met or exceeded all Henkel project expectations thereby providing value added support wherever needed to the Cincinnati Henkel Sales office. Able to introduce Pronto to the producers of �?�¢??Extreme Home Makeover�?�¢?? while filming on site in West Chester, Ohio. Product was used in the home and Henkel was acknowledged in the production credits.

Please note: I also worked at Mulhern Belting from May 1997 until roughly June 2000. I resigned to pursue a career in Information Technology.

Accomplishments:
Within four-months I was promoted to the sole-source Technical Support Rep. My performance led to a second promotion a year later to IT Specialist with increased responsibility to support Hardware, Software, and Windows-based applications.
Note: National Underwriter was acquired by Highline Media and future employment became unclear. Being a new father I went back to Mulhern Belting for stabile income.
